COS Idaho Holds Grassroots Workshop
On November 2 COS Idaho leadership held a special Grassroots Workshop to train volunteers, provide information, and answer questions.
| On November 2, COS Idaho leadership held a special Grassroots Workshop to train volunteers, provide information, and answer questions. State Director Janis Helfman (pictured below) and Grassroots Coordinator Jake Ball took the floor and shared strategies to help advocates for COS make an impact in the weeks leading up to the 2018 legislative session.  ==== What You Can Do ==== Some of the advice included the following strategies: * Reach out to your state representatives and state senator in person or by phone. An in-person contact or short meeting is best. * Keep weekly contact with your District Captain and look for COS Idaho emails to alert you of special events. * Find you strengths and work with those. If you are good at social media, become a Social Media Warrior for COS.
