COS Hawaii Team Goes Back to the Capitol!
Hawaii's team Meets at the Capitol, Wednesdays at 1pm through February.

The team enjoys a lighthearted moment. District Captain Jake Wilson (right) brought along his home-schooled daughter Aurora (third from right) to be part of the Surge event. Surge Wednesdays Begin The Hawaii team began their six remaining “Surge Wednesdays” by first meeting at the ground floor at 1pm on Wednesday, January 23rd. After receiving their handout materials from State Director Mark White, they split into four smaller groups to attend to each of the 76 legislative offices at the Capitol.  Jake and Aurora Wilson along with Stephen Bischoff visit sponsoring legislator Representative John M. Mizuno (second from right). Key Handouts Distributed Two vitally important handouts were given to each lawmaker's office: The Citizen's Pocket Guide and a one-question survey card requesting the elected official identify his or her position regarding their support for a Convention of States resolution in the Aloha State.   The Pocket Guide provides valuable information to legislators while the back side of the Hawaii team's postcard-sized survey card (pictured right) tells the legislator their non-response to the survey indicates opposition to a Convention of States. Join the Team Every Wednesday at 1pm through the month of February the COS Hawaii team will meet at the Capitol to distribute information to legislators about Convention of States and the concurrent House and Senate resolutions being filed this year in Hawaii.
