On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, New York residents from all corners of the state converged on the Capitol in Albany, NY, for our annual Surge Day. This is a special day that occurs once a year when as many team members as possible meet their NYS Senators and Assembly members at the Capitol to discuss Article V of the U.S. Constitution.
