Connecticut Team Forges Ahead in 2021!

We have two options: stand up and fight or stand down and lose our country. Connecticut chooses to fight.

The Connecticut team met for its annual strategy meeting and dinner on Saturday, July 10. Regional Director Monica Sellers was with the group, providing positive energy and encouragement to propel us forward.

State Director Maureen Zollo introduced our newest team member and Legislative Liaison, Jerry Cincotta. As the federal government continues to usurp powers not granted by the Constitution, our volunteer numbers are rising exponentially. This increase should allow us to reach our goal of bringing on at least a dozen more District Captains, a sorely needed resource in Connecticut.

Mark Meckler joined us via the internet after dinner, stressing our role as servant leaders in the cause of restoring our great Republic. Although Connecticut is the only state not to file the resolution for a convention, he reminded us of John Quincy Adams’ long, unsuccessful effort in Congress to end slavery in the United States, who stated, “Duty is ours; the results belong to God.”

Mark concluded by stating we have two choices; stand up and fight or stand down and lose our country. Connecticut chooses to fight.
