| The COS resolution HJR 235 passed the NC House on March 8th of last year. We are now preparing for the legislative session in the spring of 2024 to pass HJR 235 in the Senate to become the 20th state to pass the resolution. If not, you can visit our website at www.conventionofstates.com for more information. - HJR 235 is the current COS resolution that specifies the three amendment topic areas including term limits on federal officials, imposing fiscal restraints and limiting the power and jurisdiction of the federal government.
