| It's Go Time! We need you to submit written testimony in support of HB 2476 and SB 370. If you are unfamiliar with this legislation I encourage you to watch the video from a presentation on Jan 31. Angel Cushing and Ben Terrill walk you through the issue. Testimony for SB 370 will go to the Senate Federal and State Affairs Committee. Send a digital copy of the testimony in PDF format by email to S.Fed.State.Affairs@senate.ks.gov by 10:30 AM on Monday, February 12. In the email, indicate that the testimony will be written-only. Testimony for HB 2476 will go to the House Federal and State Affairs Committee. Send a digital copy of the testimony in PDF format by email to H.Fed.State.Affairs@house.ks.gov by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 13. Also attach the committee testimony cover sheet indicating your testimony is written-only. We have some generic suggestions for submitting effective written testimony.
