(If we have a meeting scheduled with your legislator, you will be asked to attend as will any of the grassroots supporters & volunteers that are attending.) * Cornhole games will be ongoing throughout the day in order for us to gather some metrics to determine the best way to run next year's 1st Annual Legislator Cornhole Tournament! * We will be providing something to eat (not a full lunch, but something to keep us fueled) Team Schedule * 8:00 am - Begin Set Up of Equipment (pop-up, tables, chairs, banners, sign-in station, COMMS interview/selfie frame station, cornhole boards & stanchions, group leaders & their packets) * 9:30 am - Set-up needs to be completed * 9:30 am - Crew Leaders for a Huddle to receive final instructions and ask any last-minute questions prior to the day's start. * 10:00 am -Event Starts with RD & SD remarks * 10:30 am - Volunteers gather with their Group Leader * 10:45 am - First Cornhole Game of the day * 11:00 am - Group Nor Cal & Group Central begin Packet Info Delivery * 12:00 pm - Group LA & Group So Cal begin Packet Info Delivery * 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Event Officially Over/Begin Packing & Cleaning up. * 4:00 pm - All equipment Off Capitol Grounds.
