| Boss the English Bulldog isn't happy. His owner has gone to the Kansas state capitol to urge his representatives to pass the Convention of States resolution. Boss also supports the Article V movement, but his owner's patriotic activities mean that the poor puppy is home alone. There's only one way to help our cooped-up canine: sign the Convention of States petition and contact your legislators about supporting the Convention of States Project. If Kansas passes the Convention of States resolution, Boss will see his owner a bit more often.
