 Ben Carson wants to see term limits for both members of Congress and for federal judges — including Supreme Court justices. “Our system was actually designed for citizen statesmen and not for career politicians,” he said. To achieve this, it would likely take a Convention States, the retired neurosurgeon told TheBlaze, because Congress is never going to do it. Thankfully, the Founding Fathers gave the people a way to bypass Congress.
