Apple Harvest Festival in Burlington
Rescuing our country from the federal government.
| The WV Convention of States team organized a crew of 8 volunteers during this year's Apple Harvest Festival in Burlington, WV, the first two weekends in October. Our goal was to share our initiative to use the Founder's tool provided in Article V of the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of rescuing our country from the federal government and returning the power back to the states and the people. It worked! Despite the fair being 1/5 its usual size this year, due to the current state of the nation, our faithful team of volunteers closed the weekend successfully with almost 130 signatures from fairgoers, in support of calling an Article V Convention of States! We thank Norm Launi, District Captain, and Kelly J. Kelley, and all the volunteers sacrificing of themselves to help save this country!!
