Americans who gave their lives for our freedoms
September 11th is now Patriot's Day on our national calendars.
| The original Patriot's Day in 1894 was observed on the third Monday in April in the states of Maine and Massachusetts in order to commemorate the battles of Lexington and Concord in 1775. September 11th is now Patriot's Day on our national calendars. Let's hope we do not forget the original acknowledgment of our prior Americans who gave their lives for our freedoms. The start of the Revolutionary War with the “shot heard round the world.” We began to declare our freedom from England and the formation of the Constitutional document remains relevant today more than ever. Article V and a Convention of States is the answer to solving our governmental woes. God Bless America, the land that I love! |
