A great day in Kansas
With the help of Sen. Coburn, our application in Kansas is off to a good start!
| It's been an inspiring week in Kansas, and we want to tell you about it. Former Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn kicked off the week with a great interview on the Joseph Ashby Show. He talked about Article V and what he's been doing at the Convention of States Project. Click the links below to listen to parts one and two. **Part One.** Part Two. Then yesterday the Kansas team descended on the state capitol and gave fantastic testimony before the Kansas House Federal and State Affairs Committee.  Sen. Coburn testified as well, laying out a clear and compelling argument in favor of our application. (You can listen to the radio interviews at the links above for a taste of what he spoke about.)  We're proud of our team in Kansas for an extremely successful week, and we look forward to giving you more good news when the committee meets again to vote on our application.  |
