A golden endorsement for COS

Dr. Simone Gold of America's Frontline Doctors has endorsed Convention of States.

A distinguished and courageous American physician who is decidedly on the frontlines battling governmental encroachment upon medical freedom has locked shields with Convention of States Action.

Dr. Simone Gold, founder of the civil liberties organization America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), and founder and chief executive officer of GoldCare.com, has endorsed Convention of States.

“I support Convention of States because I believe that medical decisions belong to patients and their trusted doctors, not to bureaucrats in Washington,” she said in a statement.

“As a physician, I’ve seen firsthand how federal overreach destroys the sacred doctor-patient relationship, threatening both medical freedom and personal liberty,” she said.

“The federal government has a long track record of inefficiency and overreach,” said Mark Meckler, President of Convention of States.

“Dr. Simone Gold understands that the most personal decisions – especially those concerning health and well-being – should be made as close to home as possible. She led the Frontline Doctors in the fight against Covid madness…willing to stand when so many were not. She is a passionate advocate for restoring personal liberty and limiting centralized power.

“We are proud to have her endorsement and to stand alongside her in the fight to restore medical self-governance.”

Dr. Gold founded AFLDS in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and resultant overreach by the federal government and several state governments. She and several other doctors held a significant press conference on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on July 27, 2020, during which they discussed alternatives to, and dangers associated with, the Covid-19 vaccine. The press conference rapidly went viral and became known as the “White Coat Summit.”

Since that day, AFLDS has been committed to aiding concerned physicians and patients nationwide by providing accurate medical and legal information while checking political and economic agendas that adversely impact science and quality health care.

The organization also works to prevent physicians from becoming victims of media censorship, and ensuring that doctors can independently care for their patients without government, media, and medical establishment incursion. For her public stance, Dr. Gold was sacked from her hospital job and blocked by Facebook when she continued to voice her concerns about the efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Dr. Gold graduated from Chicago Medical School prior to earning a Juris Doctorate at Stanford University Law School, and served minority communities as an emergency room doctor for over 20 years, all without a single complaint of malpractice.

Dr. Gold is also familiar with the inner workings of government policy and procedure, as she has worked for the U.S. Surgeon General, as well as for the former chairman of the U.S. Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee.

She is also the author of the book I Do Not Consent: My Fight Against Medical Cancel Culture, which was published in 2021, and //Selective Persecution: The Legalization of American Fascism//, which was published this past June. Dr. Gold has made frequent appearances in broadcast and print media.

As Dr. Gold said in her statement, “Article V gives us a constitutional solution to rein in runaway federal power and restore the balance our founders intended. It’s time for Americans to stand up and reclaim their God-given rights, and it’s time we enshrine medical freedom in the Constitution itself.”
