* Register for the Convention of States University::.::
* Watch COS videos on Rumble and YouTube.
* Attend the Tuesday Evening Webinars at 8:00 p.m. CT and:or view recordings of past webinars.
* Visit our Resources page to find a surplus of information about Article V and COS.
* Develop a brief Elevator Speech to tell others about COS.
* Register with Patriot Academy to join Mark Meckler and Rick Green live as they review these courses: Constitution Alive and Biblical Citizenship.
2nd Step: Keep Updated!
* Find the Weekly Roundup newsletter in your email inbox each Friday afternoon to get the latest COS update or visit the Weekly Roundup Archives.
* Join National Facebook to watch Mark Meckler's BattleCry on Sundays, 7:00 p.m. CT. and Rita Peters' COS Live (legislative update) on Tuesdays, 5:00 pm. CT.
* Visit Louisiana Facebook and share our memes.
* If you are not on Facebook, please join us on one of the following free podcasts: Podbean, Audible, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
* People with limited government values such as Lt. Col. Allen West join us once a month on Wednesdays at 7:00 CT COS at Home. All shows are recorded.
3rd Step: Be a Team Player!

* Join the Louisiana Wednesday 8:00 p.m. CT online conference calls with State Grassroots Coordinator, Julie Sandifer, on Free Conference Call
* Join the Louisiana team daily on Slack, an instant messaging app. Watch this video to learn how to get around on Slack.
4th Step: Know Your State Legislators!
* Watch the Louisiana Victory Video.
* Read the COS Louisiana Resolution.
* Read the COS Commissioner Selection Bill.
* Follow Your Legislators on social media.
* Links to non-COS Louisiana Community Activities.

* Join the COS Squad by becoming a Social Media Warrior.
* Watch and:or present a COS Slideshow or Narrated Video to your friends and family. You will learn The Problem, The Solution, How It Works, Our Strategy, and Getting Involved.
* Tell 5 people about Article V and ask each one to tell five more.
* The COS Print-Your Own Proshop.
* Write a Letter to the Editor in a local newspaper.
* How to host a COS Home Meeting.
* Download the COSAction App on your mobile phone for quick access to our website and also our TelePatriot tool if you want to participate in Call-To-Actions (CTAs). Sign in using your COS account login and password.
* Visit the Passed States Activities and Resources page.
* Watch and:or present The Passed States Presentation. It covers Our Mission, Staying Active in the Legislative Process, Supporting Pending States, Promoting Self-Governance, and Getting Involved.
