The City of Noblesville held its 4th of July parade and was attended by large crowds throughout the route along city streets. The 90-degree day didn't suppress the people cheering and waving to the 20 plus representatives of COS Indiana as they walked along the parade route.

The City of Noblesville held its 4th of July parade and was attended by large crowds throughout the route along city streets. The 90-degree day didn't suppress the people cheering and waving to the 20 plus representatives of COS Indiana as they walked along the parade route handing out over 200 social media cards, 150 pocket constitutions, and at least 400 of the new COS Indiana brochure. We literally could have handed out twice that amount after running out halfway through the event. Armed with signs supporting our positions and responding to many who came forward to receive our pamphlets the reaction we received replaced any thoughts of the heat or our tired feet. Thanks to all who came out for this event and a special thanks to Melba Kiser for her efforts in organizing the event. This and others like it will become a regular event for the Convention of States in the future.
