Oklahoma House - Convention of States Debate

Oklahoma House debates Convention of States resolution on April 18, 2016. The resolution was sponsored by Rep. Gary Banz and passed by a vote of 57-33. The COS resolution calls for an Article V Convention for the purposes of proposing fiscal restraints and term limits on the federal government and limiting the jurisdiction of the federal government.
