(Video walk through) 1. Check for Applicants in the LMT (How to process an Applicant) (Volunteer Agreement) 2. Check follow-ups and send thank you email messages to non-volunteer (How to process Follow-up with Volunteer Interest) 3. Check your Potential Volunteers List for new potential volunteers (How to process Potential Volunteers) and call them to follow-up. 4. Check your COS email. 5. Check Slack via app or website. Do these 3 things once per month: 1. Meet with or call all of your assigned core volunteers. 2. Call or meet with your Senator and Representative, as appropriate. 3. Submit Action Reports regarding your contact with your legislators. For training on Action Reports see DC Training. 4. Discuss goals for your House District with your Regional Captain. 5. Attend your Regional Meeting with your Regional Captain. Plan for Success * Plan 3 days a week that you will login to Citizen Builder and make any necessary calls. There should be no more than 2 or 3 days between checking days.
