Automated duplicates processing Excel file

This file is used to screen-scrape profiles, capture the information of duplicates, then automatically merge or “mark as different people”. It is difficult to set up a machine to do this, requiring special libraries (“resources” in VBA), and instructions for this will be in a separate file.
