South Carolina may have been 19th to the finish line, but they were first in the fight for Convention of States. In the intervening years, the Article V movement in the Palmetto State became an unstoppable, winsome force to be reckoned with. "The Story of..." breaks it all down in entertaining fashion and provides a model for others to follow in order to get to 34 states and convention.
