| \\ \\ \\ \\ {{:public:cb_mirror:files_13628_pdfto001.png?nolink&918x1188|}}\\ \\ 211029 \\  \\ \\  \\ \\  \\ \\ Town requirements  \\ \\  \\ \\ This document will guide you through the process of learning what is required as well as the path \\ to gathering signed petitions for a Warrant Article applying for a special election in your town  \\  \\ There are two methods to submit a Warrant Article: request it either be added to the annual town \\ election, or you can apply for a Special Election at any time.  Different milestones must be met, as well \\ as timing considerations for registered voters.  \\ \\ For each Town/City:  \\ \\ Annual Town Election -  \\ >Requires the lesser of at least 25 signed registered voter petitions or 2% by registered voters \\ regardless of the population of the town or city  \\ \\ Special Election request -  \\ >If town has fewer than 10,000 “inhabitants”: lesser of at least 50 registered voter signed petitions or \\ \\ at least 25% signed by Registered Voters  \\ >If town has more than 10,000 “inhabitants”: petitions signed by at least 5% by registered voters (10,000 \\ would require 500+ petition signatures)  \\ \\ Let’s gather our patriots and secure our voting process in our towns AND our \\ State.
