|**California, Montana needs your help--All Hands on Deck**\\ \\ Montana Convention of States resolution, HJ 5, is being blocked in committee.\\ \\ In order for us to move forward, TWO committee members need to be persuaded to vote "YES" so that we can get to the full Montana House. We need more voices to ask these House Reps to vote YES on HJ 5.\\ \\ Please take a moment and call these representatives, asking them to support HJ 5:\\ \\ **Rep. Nelly Nicol\\ Rep.
