|=   =\\ \\ = Hello! My name is Martha Rubalcava, and I am 19 years old. I am currently a college sophomore pursuing a B.S. in Criminal Justice at the University of Arizona. I have lived in Southern Arizona for most of my life, so I can technically be labeled as an Arizona native, however I will always call my birthplace of Texas my home state. I love learning about politics and political philosophy, which would explain why I watch Newsmax daily. During a break in between a news segment, I saw a promotional piece for the Convention of States organization. I previously knew what a convention of states was and had even discussed it with my other political junkie friends, and I was excited to learn that there was an organization that encouraged the convention. Within the following day of seeing the commercial, I had applied to be a volunteer and was contacted by my state’s leaders. The available video resources helped reinforce and even add to my understanding of Article V of the Constitution. I am currently enjoying my time as an Arizona State Content Writer and am excited to contribute as many engaging articles as possible to this amazing organization!  =|
