|Early in March, Jim Barrett--who owns Roads Scholar Transport--authorized COS advertising signs on several of his trucks on a trial basis.  \\ \\ We hope that because of the wide-ranging routes of Roads Scholar Transport trucks in the mid-Atlantic region, these signs will attract the attention of drivers and encourage them to sign the COS petition.
