|One week after the New Hampshire grassroots team and former Senator Rick Santorum testified in favor of the Convention of States application, HCR 3, the House State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs committee voted 10-7 to pass the bill.\\ \\ “There are a lot of folks I hear saying that an Article V convention is unconstitutional,” said chairman Rep.
