|===== Location & dates =====\\ \\ **Equus Inn, Ocala **(see block quote phone, link, & code, below) — must **book and place lunch order by April 21 @ 5pm ET**\\ \\ **Dates for meeting: Saturday May 21 — Sunday May 22\\ Times for meeting: Saturday 10am - 6pm ET & Sunday 9am - 6pm ET**\\ \\ \\ ----\\ \\ A room block has been established at the Equus Inn in Ocala, Florida. Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after for your convenience, but we are only requesting you book a Saturday night stay so we can all take advantage of the well-equipped meeting room at the venue (which they are providing free thanks to our room block).\\ \\ **Do not call the venue directly.** Use the contact information below to arrange your accommodations.\\ \\ ===== All reservations and lunch requests must be submitted no later than Thursday April 21st at 5pm!  =====\\ \\ This deadline is **not flexible**. We are held to it by the hotel (all block rooms will be released at that date and time) and by the need to submit payment request to national (we need 3-4 weeks lead time to receive assistance for lunch purchase).
