Wisconsin benefits greatly by being the most educated of all the COS States.\\  \\ Recruiting is enhanced, since all the Leaders know what each role requires, and can see those qualities in new people, to encourage them to step up.\\ \\ The 21 COS University Courses, if taken back-to-back take just over 24 hours.
