State legislators have the authority, using Article V, to call for a convention to propose fiscal restraints on our federal government. \\ \\  \\ \\ **North Carolina Progress, ****Texas Passage, \\ ****and Ohio Hearing!**\\ \\  \\ \\ **May 7th**  – North Carolina passed both the COS Resolution and 34Ready Legislation out of the House and both pieces of legislation are now moving on to the Senate.\\ \\ **May 8th** – Texas fully re-passed the COS Resolution without any expiration date. Texas was the 11th state (out of 19 to date) to pass the COS Resolution.
