|Members of the Florida team met in Orlando on September 26 to train, plan strategy, build relationships, and consider the ballot issues. About 30 members of the team met and welcomed our new Regional Director Jonathan Viaud.\\ \\ {{https://content.conventionofstates.com/cosaction-prod/public/content/images/32871/32871_original.jpg?556x356}}\\ \\ Mark Meckler started off the day in a videoconference with insight and wisdom for the passed state of Florida and aspirational goals. State Director Richard Simo offered up a packed agenda.{{https://content.conventionofstates.com/cosaction-prod/public/content/images/32872/32872_original.JPG?286x215}}\\ \\ Following those great leaders, another superstar began the event. Jason Girard fired up the crowd with grassroots game plans and inspiration on building the army of Florida patriots.  \\ \\ Grassroots Coordinator Brenda Karlin and Lee Hydechuk reviewed tools of the trade with a TelePatriot training, a new event calendar program, and other software tools that are available to volunteers.  \\ \\ After lunch there was a panel discussion with Legislative Liaison Jim Kallinger and Alan Hays, a retired Florida state legislator. \\ \\ {{https://content.conventionofstates.com/cosaction-prod/public/content/images/32806/32806_original.jpg?523x255}}\\ \\ A presentation of the November ballot issues was presented by Rick Mikluscak. With six ballots issues facing the Florida voters regarding the Florida Constitution, the team considered the options and information.
