The next step will be to work towards passing a bill which will define who will choose the commissioners to any Article V Convention, their qualifications, and how they will receive their instructions.\\ \\ Because of the chaos involving the redistricting based on the 2020 Census our efforts to get this bill passed in 2022 and 2023 were unsuccessful. We are back for another try and we will need the involvement of the grassroots (you) to help get this accomplished in 2024. The bill is being filed in both the House and Senate; our House Bill is HB1442. We will update this page as soon as the Senate bill is filed.\\ \\ \\ We hope you join us as we work towards our goal of calling a convention and our mission to educate our fellow Americans, including legislators, about Article V.
